How it works
The On Farm Service is provided FREE of charge irrespective of what brand of products are already in use.
This service is carried out on a one-on-one basis with the farmer enabling all points to be covered comprehensively.
The service includes:
- Analysis of existing cleaning methods
- Explanation of different cleaning systems
- Water testing for Ph and Hardness
- Correct matching of detergents to the type of water used
- Record suggested cleaning system on a wall chart for QA purposes
- Checking of hot water temperature and correct sizing of unit
- Cleaning of plant if required
- Checking condition of all rubberware
- Advice regarding correct liner/shell combinations
- Discussion on possible plant improvements incorporating the latest standards
