Rapid Release configuration is an effecient style of Herringbone Dairy – Cows walk in one end, stand on the platform for milking and then the entire bailing system lifts up and out the way so cows can walk straight forward. RAPID RELEASE BAILING
A Rapid Release system is normally configured with a double-up milking machine.
The key advantage is speed: as soon as the clusters are removed from the cows on one side, they can exit quickly—allowing the next side to start milking much faster than with an end-exit setup. To maximise efficiency, each cow position is equipped with its own dedicated cluster.
The Xtreme 90 bailing system is not only a heavy-duty, high performance solution manufactured at Daviesway’s Gippsland facility. It includes an advanced tear-drop bail design which promotes cow confidence from start to finish.
Designed to seamlessly integrate into existing dairy setups or new installations the Xtreme 90 bailing system is adaptable to different herd sizes and cow breeds.
