The knowledge, combined with leadership within the Daviesway team has always been its core strength. With an in-house manufacturing department at Warragul (Victoria), a strong team of technicians and its own installation crews Daviesway has all bases covered – from building, through to installation and servicing (when you often need the most support). Daviesway’s level one management team has been with the company for an average of 17 years – many of them promoted up through the company.
Daviesway’s team are all highly trained – many with experience on international builds and/or with new software – giving the family-owned company home-grown excellence at your back door. It also has an extensive dealer network throughout Australia, and strong international partners. Daviesway added nine new technical support staff to its Victorian team in 2017 – based across Leongatha, Maffra, Simpson and Koroit. The decision came at a time when confidence in the industry was not high. However, Daviesway has repeatedly proven that when the going gets tough, the tough get going.
