The Pro II design includes Calf-Tel’s innovative thermoforming technology and cross ventilation techniques – keeping calves warm in the winter and cool in the summer. They are also light-weight, easily moved and cleaned, making it easier to avoid disease. Superior ventilation is achieved through both ridge top vents, and an adjustable rear vent that gives you the option to “open a window” for great airflow. The modular design allows for different configurations. Calves can choose their ideal microenvironment – from a sunny spot in the pen or entryway, to a protected and private place at the back of the hutch.
